Getting Started with Daffaa: Set Up Your First Store and Receive Your First Automatic Transfer in 10 Minutes

Just signed up for Daffaa and not sure where to start? This guide walks you through setting up your first store step by step: creating the store and choosing your link, adding your wallet or InstaPay details, linking the phone that receives transfer SMS, and receiving your first transfer confirmed automatically. With your details ready, it takes about 10 minutes. New to the idea? Read how automatic collection works first.
Before you start
- A Daffaa account (sign up here).
- The phone that holds your wallet SIM or receives your InstaPay bank SMS.
- Your Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, Orange Cash or WE Pay number and/or your InstaPay username, link or QR.
- Your panel API key if you run an SMM panel.
Step 1: Basic information
Open Stores → Create Store. Setup has six tabs: Basic Information, Currency & Rate, Payment Methods, Integration, Payment Page and Advanced, and you move between them with Next. Enter the store name (shown on your payment page), the store username (letters and numbers only; it becomes daffaa.net/store/your-name), the domain of your panel or site without www, optionally a WhatsApp number in international format without +, which adds a help button to your payment page, and an optional PNG or JPG logo up to 2 MB.
Step 2: Currency and integration
Set your country currency (usually EGP) and your store currency. If both are EGP, enter a manual rate of 1. If your panel runs in USD, turn on live rate sync (USDT from Binance P2P or the global USD rate, both refreshed every 5 minutes) or set your own rate. Under Integration, pick your panel type from the list and paste its key, or choose Custom if you don't run a panel. Then press Create Store.
Step 3: Link the phone and add lines
Lines are added after the store exists, so edit the store and open Payment Methods. On Android, tap "Link a device", install the app, scan the QR, grant SMS permission and disable battery optimization. On iPhone, follow the free Shortcuts automation under Connect Phone (full guide). Add a line with its number, type, device and SIM slot, then set its payment methods and what customers see. A number that only carries InstaPay must be added as InstaPay, not as a wallet. See the Vodafone Cash and InstaPay guides.
Step 4: Test before you share
Make sure the store is Active, start the reception test under Connect Phone and send yourself a small real transfer from another number, for example EGP 10. Open your public link as a customer to check your wallet and InstaPay details, and confirm the transfer appears in Transactions. If nothing arrives, check SMS permission and the phone's internet; if a method is missing, make sure the line is set to show on the payment link.
After setup, every transfer is read and confirmed in seconds, and credited automatically if your panel is connected with auto-charge on; otherwise it appears in Transactions for you to fulfil. Create your first store now.
